We welcome our members to attend this special end of year  meeting of the Foundation.

As discussed in the last meeting, your preparation material for the upcoming meeting is to look at the different committees on the club’s website or https://sydneyrotary.com/committees/

The presentation on June 17 will focus on the Foundation programs adopted by the club.

Just a reminder, after consulting with the youth committee that meets the first Wednesday of the month and that would like to change the time of its monthly meetings  to 5 pm, we will have to adjust our schedule to avoid overlap.

Our next meeting will be on Wednesday June 17, 2020 at 5 pm.

This meeting is geared towards the newer members but will give an overview to the more experienced members as well. It will focus on the Foundation programmes that have been taken up by our club in its different service committees. Please feel free to spread the word. Those who were inducted in 2019 and 2020 have also been included on this email.

In July we will shift our meetings to the 2nd and 4th Wednesday every month.
