The guest speaker at Sydney Rotary Club’s luncheon on Tuesday 16 March will be Paul Hutton, Vice President for Operations, South East Asia for Hilton.

Paul Hutton is a 35-year hospitality industry veteran who currently oversees 48 hotels across nine markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, the Maldives and Sri Lanka.  Prior to his current role, Paul was based in Sydney as Vice President, Operations, Australasia, where he was responsible for the performance of the group’s hotels in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific which comprised 25 operating hotels & resorts and 10 properties in the pipeline.

 His 35 year career with the company started in Switzerland before he moved to Melbourne in 1987.  Born in Switzerland, Paul holds a Dip. Hotel Administration & Management from The GLION Institute & Hotel School, Switzerland.

He will discuss how remote satellite leadership in hospitality can be effective and drive team and customer loyalty with results in year two of Covid.
