The next meeting of Sydney Rotary’s Climate Action Group will be held over Zoom on Monday 7 June at 5:30 pm.
The guest presenter will be Rebecca Gorman, an award-winning social affairs journalist of more than twenty years of experience who is now running a beef cattle farm using Holistic Management regenerative agriculture methodologies.
In the AEGN field, she and her husband John Sevior support a range of initiatives that support climate-smart agriculture, farmer engagement, and policy change.
She will discuss “Farming Matters”. Rebecca recently commented that we are currently seeing agriculture as a creator of global warming but we also now know it holds some of the fastest solutions to turn the story around.
