In 2020 the Burrumbuttock Hay Runners and the Rotary Club of Sydney continue to support rural communities. Inspiring leadership from Brendan Farrell, OAM, has encouraged donations from businesses, Rotary Clubs and supporters for fuel to move donated hay, and sometimes the purchase of hay, to feed drought affected livestock.The January delivery of hay by 185 trucks to New England, NSW was the Hay Runners 15th major hay run.
